Faith Ward (aka “Flexi Faith”) is getting a lot of screen time over on America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders season 3, and if you’re a few episodes in and eager to find out if the double-jointed dancer made the team, spoiler: she most certainly did.

Faith made it out of Training Camp and has been dancing with the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders all season:

In her bio on the DCC site, Faith says, “Auditioning for the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders felt like the perfect opportunity to bring together everything I love about performing. Funny enough, people said, ‘Faith, you never mentioned wanting to be a DCC!’ But for me, it was one of those dreams that always seemed out of reach — growing up in New Zealand and living in Australia, I never thought I’d actually get the chance. The more I watched their performances, the more I felt drawn to the strength, unity, and excellence they represent. It’s not just about dancing—it’s about sisterhood, energy, and being part of something iconic. I’ve always pushed myself to chase big goals, and joining DCC felt like the perfect next step. It’s a place where I knew I could grow, be challenged, and be inspired—while doing what I love alongside a team of incredible women.”

Faith’s best friend Emily was sadly cut from Training Camp, but the good news is this season of Training Camp is currently underway, and Emo-ly and Flexi Faith are so back!
